We invite our members to enjoy all the features TheQuiltingCoach has to offer. But we must require that each member abide by certain rules so that no one's rights are stepped on.

Failure to abide by these rules can result in immediate termination of access to this site, without refund or recourse.

Terms of Use

1. Do not share your logon passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.
   
   
2. Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn't mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don't violate our copyright.
   
   
3. No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed except in classified ad forums. No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere on the forums.

Cancellations...

Do not send an email off into cyberspace asking for your membership to be cancelled for you! Due to the unreliable nature of email, we might never see your request.

Here's How to Cancel

Simply click on the "YOUR ACCOUNT" link in the Resources Box on the left side of each page on the site. Once there, click on the link to Cancel Your Membership. Provide your password in the space provided on the page. This protects you from having someone else cancel your membership without your knowledge.

Once you enter your password, you will be taken immediately to the "MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION" form that you completed when you joined. To cancel, simply scroll to the bottom of the form and change the "Change Account Status" box to say "Cancel Membership" then click on the "APPLY CHANGES" button below the form.

REFUNDS... Due to the nature of our business, there are NO refunds!

Once a member joins TheQuiltingCoach.com they have access to thousands of downloadable quilt block patterns, and step-by-step Guidebooks. The total retail value of those designs would be over $5,000 based on current pricing in retail stores. You also have access to hundreds of pages of articles, audio clips, video clips and much more.

What you read, view or download is entirely up to you. For privacy reasons we do not track what you read or download and have no idea if you have downloaded $10 or $5,000 worth of information. For this reason we have a strict "No Refund" policy on membership fees. We aggressively prosecute attempts at fraudulent chargebacks or fraudulent credit card uses.
