The new EQ6 quilt design software makes designing a quilt easy . . .

and TheQuiltingCoach will make learning to use EQ6 as easy as peeling the skin off a banana.

As a beginner quilter, I struggled with drawing blocks - creating pencil outlines, going to the copy store and making dozens of copies, going home, cutting out the little blocks, and gluing them to paper in various arrangements.

Then there was the return trip to the copy store so I could make multiple copies of the layout and create various color designs.

Once I decided on a color design, then I needed to calculate how much fabric of each color I needed for the quilt.

And then, there were the borders. That's a whole other story, almost as involved as the first.

It was almost as much work to create the design for the quilt as it was to actually make the quilt.

No more!

Now, designing a quilt can be done with mouse clicks and printer buttons.

A few years ago, after much study and consideration, I invested in the EQ5 Quilt Design software. And I'm happy to say that it has been worth every hard-earned penny I invested.

Creating patterns for both blocks and quilts is now easy and quick.

Oh, I'll readily admit that there was a huge learning curve, including frustration and tears. Now, after some amount of practice, I can whip out a block or quilt pattern in just a few minutes, including getting the fabric requirements.

And you will be able to as well, because we have tutorials right here at TheQuiltingCoach.com where you can get shortcuts and techniques for designing quilts using EQ6.

If you already have EQ5, you may want to save money get just the upgrade: EQ5 to EQ6 Software Upgrade

Happy Quilting!
